TEN fab, a part of the TechnoSpark Group of Companies and a contract manufacturer of mechatronics, medical equipment and robotics, is involved in establishing cooperation with Russian contract manufacturers to increase production and manufacture serial batches of up to 1,000 pieces.
“To increase production, we are reorganising our production capacity distribution system. We perform more technologically complex operations on our own and attract other companies to deal with more specific ones. This allows us to offer our clients medium-sized series and focus on unique operations, quality control, integration and manufacturing process management,” said Oleg Lysak, Director of the TechnoSpark Contract Business Group.
One of the new partners is TM-Mekhanika, a company that specialises in milling works. Using CNC machines, TM-Mekhanika provides metal processing services in 24/7 mode. The machine tool pool of the company includes 3 DMG MORI and HERMLE three- to five-axis controlled CNC machine centres. In cooperation with TM-Mekhanika, TEN fab will be able to offer its clients series of more than 100 pieces. All parts manufactured by partner companies are subject to double quality control.
TEN fab manages the full production cycle: mechanical processing of metals, alloys and plastics, manufacturing of mechanical and mechatronic equipment and devices, assembly of complex equipment units, industrial design, engineering, prototyping, manufacturing, component base supply management, mechanical, electrical and electronic assembly of equipment and devices, including those performed in clean rooms (ISO-7), as well as packaging and logistics.
TEN Fab is equipped with modern technologies, such as milling, turning and turn/mill three- to five-axis controlled CNC machines, electric erosion, grinding, laser cutting, bending, skip welding, painting equipment units and those designed for fitting/assembly and installation works, it also includes such services as the engineering department, quality control department, dispatching service, commercial department, which allows the company to manufacture both complex mechatronic products and unique parts in single copies.
